Dr. Justin Calhoun
Medical Director
Dr. Justin Calhoun is a dedicated veterinarian who graduated from The Ohio State University in June 2008. With a primary focus on dogs and cats, Dr. Calhoun brings a wealth of experience in general veterinary care, along with a background in working with exotic animals. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Calhoun is passionate about reptiles, keeping and breeding a variety of species. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cherishing family moments. Outside of work, Dr. Calhoun enjoys engaging in board games and computer games.

Susan has been with Cherry Grove Animal Hospital since 1993 working hard every day at being an awesome animal health care provider. Her work interests include helping owners understand how to provide great at home care for their loved pets. Other hobbies include hot yoga, kayaking, hiking, and most outdoor activities. She is a self proclaimed foodie-sweet tooth activist and coffee consumer.
Denise Simmons
Denise has been a member of the Cherry Grove team since October of 2001. She enjoys working with all the furbabies and clients. Her love for animals started at a very young age helping on her grandparents farm. She has two wonderful children and two stepsons. She has two dogs and six cats. She enjoys nature, hiking, wildlife, boating, and motorcycle riding with her husband.
